O2 is the UK’s second largest mobile telecoms provider with more than 24m mobile subscribers. But they weren’t getting enough pay-as- you-go signups directly through their own website.
To boost their numbers, O2 targeted prospects based on their qualified interest in their products in the United Kingdom . They hoped to reach these ideal consumers with a low CPA and high ROI for the campaign.
Kobi designed a custom Co-registration campaign for O2. The online survey questions segmented the audience as required and offered our target consumers a free 02 sim card plus £10 bonus credit if they agreed to be contacted. We used real-time interactions to pre-qualify registrants based on age, gender and location. We then identified the best-converting channels to rapidly ramp up volume.
Kobi leveraged precision targeting and quality leads to deliver the results required. And 02 was impressed to receive an above-average conversion rate together with the most cost-effective CPA of any supplier they were working with. Their average cost to convert a Kobi lead came in below target cost.
