HelloFresh and Kobi Digital started their collaboration in 2016. HelloFresh sought a sustainable way to increase their fresh-box subscriber base. They found that their best converting channel was via phone.

Solution

We created a Co-Registration campaign for HelloFresh in the UK. In order to persuade consumers to take interest in HelloFresh, a £20 discount was given on the first two fresh boxes of their preference. Consumers who expressed interest in the offer were contacted by HelloFresh’ outbound call centre.  

 

Result

During a test, we found out that females over 35 years old were most likely to purchase HelloFresh boxes. We adjusted media buy to serve this demographic. We deliver 6000 qualified leads each month, vastly increasing HelloFresh’ subscriber base.
